Sunshiny Day

I came to thinking the other day that the change of season called for a change at the blog! I wanted something brighter and more summery, so here we go!... Maybe the new look will convince me to actually blog. It is embarrassing how long it's been since I updated the old one. As you can see, along with the sunshiny 'decor', the pictures are bigger and the links and archives are all in the bar along the top. And to kick off the new look....

This spunky princess is a little friend of mine that has been around for what seems like forever. Today and yesterday I took her for a couple of 'girls days out' and she never fails to make me laugh with her funny comments and silly personality.

A few standout comments from today...

I let her pick out a couple of dresses to take photos in from cotton on kids: "But Peta, we went to COTTONBALL KIDS yesterday and there was nothing good there."

And at the table waiting for our lunch with a cheeky giggle and completely teenager-esque tone, i get this comment out of the blue... "Erm Peta, would you puh-lease stop sta-ressing, just calm it, calm it. tomorrow you were sta-ressing in the carpark, re-MEM-ber?"
